Installation time depends on the type of equipment:

  • Straight stair lifts can typically be installed in just a few hours.

  • Vertical platform lifts and elevators may take multiple days, depending on the scope of the project
  • We’ll always give you a realistic timeline upfront.

Depending on the model, features may include seatbelts, obstruction sensors, emergency stop functions, and battery backup. A member of our team will review the specific safety features of your selected product to ensure you and others are protected.

Maintenance depends on the product and how often it’s used. In most cases, we recommend annual or bi-annual preventative maintenance to keep your equipment operating safely and smoothly.
